1 lb medium tiger shrimp
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Melt butter in a pan. Place shrimp in a baking dish and pour butter over and stir to coat. Arrange shrimp in the baking dish in a single layer and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until shrimp is done. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4
