TACO SEASONING MIX

2 tsp instant minced onion
1 tsp chili powder and salt
1/2 tsp cornstarch, crushed dried red pepper and instant minced garlic
1/4 tsp dried oregano and ground cumin

Combine ingredients and mix well. Store in a jar in a cool, dry place. Makes 1 pkg taco seasoning mix, about 2 tbsp. To make additional packets, increase ingredient amounts proportionately.
