GRILLED SWORDFISH

Category: Seafood and Fish - Grilled

4 (8 oz) swordfish steaks
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard and grated ginger root
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp black pepper

In a bowl combine ingredients and marinate the fish for 30 minutes. Preheat grill. Grill the fish, brushing several times with the marinade, until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
