CHICKEN CHILI CASSEROLE I

8 oz sour cream
8 oz half and half
1 cup chopped onion
1[4 oz can] chopped green chilies
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lb pkg frozen cubed hash browns
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken meat
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese divided

Mix sour cream, half and half, onion, chilies salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, chicken and 2 cups of the cheese. Pour into 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving.
