1 large pkg Oreos, crushed
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 small pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (12 oz) carton whipped topping, thawed
Combine first 4 ingredients together in a bowl. Mix together next 3 ingredients and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
