1 large container sour cream
1 pkg dried onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 (8 oz) pkg herb stuffing mix
Combine first 4 ingredients in a butter casserole dish. Top with stuffing mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover last 15 minutes to brown topping.
