HAM AND POTATO BREAKFAST BAKE

1 (1 lb) 4 oz) pkg refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 cup seasoned croutons
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp red pepper sauce

Grease a rectangular baking dish. Spread potatoes on bottom and sprinkle with ham and croutons. Mix together remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until top is lightly brown and center is set.
