SMOTHERED RIB EYE

1 rib eye steak
2 oz mushrooms, cooked and cut into quarters
2 oz onions, caramelized
5 oz vegetables
8 oz garlic mashed potatoes
2 tsp garlic butter

Broil steak to order. As steak cooks, place mushrooms, onions and 1 tsp garlic butter in saute pan and heat. Place finished steak onto 12 inch platter, and top with onions and mushrooms. Add hot vegetables. Add garlic mashed potatoes, brushing them lightly with garlic butter. Serve. Serves 1
