PUFFED PASTRY CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOM WINE SAUCE- Easy

8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, poached and drained
1 pkg puffed pastry sheets, thawed, according to package directions
1 can asparagus stalks
1 small can sliced ripe olives
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup white wine

Lightly flour working surface, roll one sheet of pastry to about a 14 inch square. Cut into 4 equal parts. Place one chicken breast on each square and season with salt and pepper. Place 3 asparagus spears and a few slices of olives on top of chicken. Wrap pastry around chicken and asparagus, pinching together all edges to seal. Place pastries on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350 until brown, approximately 30 minutes.

Sauce: Mix soup and wine in a pot until heated through. Serve over chicken pieces.
