4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 plum tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
4 small zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/2 cup prepared pesto

Heat grill. Place chicken halves on sheets of heavy duty foil. Divide tomatoes and zucchini over chicken and spoon 2 tbsp pesto over to on each sheet. Fold foil over chicken and seal edges, using double fold method. Cover and grill packed 4-5 inches over medium coals for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serves 4
