CREAMY HAM CASSEROLE

4 oz medium egg noodles, cooked al dente, drained
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups chopped cooked ham
1 medium green or red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms, onion and celery
Pepper and garlic powder, to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Heat oil in a skillet and cook have and vegetables, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in seasonings, sour cream, soup and pasta. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle and cheese, uncovered and bake and additional 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 4
