COFFEE TOFFEE MACADAMIA CRUNCH

1 (3.5 oz) bag microwave popcorn, popped
2 cups macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Kahlua or strong coffee
1/4 cup corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract

Grease roasting pan. Pour popcorn into prepared pan; add nuts. Toss to mix. In a saucepan, heat next 4 ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue cooking, stirring until mixtures reaches 290 degrees on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour over popcorn, stirring until evenly coated. Cool until firm. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
