CRUNCHY CHEESE DIP

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) can pineapple tidbits
1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup chopped pecans
Chopped parsley
Crackers

Drain pineapple, reserving 1 tbsp juice. In a bowl combine ingredients; mix well. Garnish with parsley. Cover and chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
