APPLE BUTTER COOKIES

1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup oatmeal and apple butter
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda, baking powder and salt
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, oats and apple butter. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture along with milk. Beat until blended. Stir in nuts and raisins. Chill. Drop by tspfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
