ORANGE VINAIGRETTE

Category: Salad Dressing

1 cup freshly squeezed orange or 3 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp chopped red onion and lime juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard and chili powder
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper

Combine the first 5 ingredients together. Whisk in olive oil until incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
