2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Garlic powder, salt and pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup butter, melted
Combine first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in butter and then into crumb mixture. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
NOTE: Can be frozen all prepared and baked when needed.
