FIESTA CHICKEN THIGHS

8 bone-in chicken thighs
1/4 cup hot jalapeno jelly
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic salt, lemon pepper and chili powder
5 lime wedges and red bell pepper strips, garnish

Preheat oven to 400. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil and spray with cooking spray and bake chicken about 20 minutes. Drain and discard juices on pan.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and baste chicken on both sides. Bake about 15 minutes and baste again for 10-20 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove and serve on a platter and garnish.
