CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOM 7

20 lg. mushroom caps, cleaned
Italian dressing
1 can snow crabmeat
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tsp lemon juice

Marinate mushrooms in dressing; drain. Combine crabmeat, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, and remaining ingredients. Top with remaining breadcrumbs; bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
