CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS 4

3 dozen large whole mushrooms, stems removed
1 (7 1/2 oz) can crabmeat, drained, cartilage removed, flaked
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley and pimiento
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Combine crab, parsley, and pimiento. Stir together mayonnaise and mustard; fold into crab mixture. Fill each mushroom cap with about 2 tbsp filling. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until hot.
