CRAB-STUFFED MUSHROOMS 3

1 cup real crabmeat and juice
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup green onions and parsley, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped mushroom stems
4 tbsp Parmesan
Garlic powder, salt, ground pepper, Old Bay Seasoning to taste
15 to 25 white mushrooms caps
1/2 cup bread crumbs or parmesan / ranch croutons, ground up
Olive oil or melted butter, to brush over the mushrooms
Nonstick cooking spray

Preheat the oven to 375. Combine the crabmeat, cream cheese, parsley, green onions, butter and Parmesan. Add seasonings to taste. Wipe mushrooms with damp towel and dip in oil. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and top with crumbs. Spray the tops with nonstick spray to help them brown. Transfer to the oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the filling is hot and melted.
