CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS IV

1 small can crabmeat
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp dry vermouth
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 chopped green onions
Dash garlic powder, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
15-20 large mushrooms, stems removed and chopped

In a saucepan, saute stems in butter along with crab, vermouth and lemon juice and cook until crab has heated through. Add seasonings and bread crumbs. Remove from skillet and stir in cream cheese and green onions. Blend well and fill mushroom caps. Sprinkle equal amount of cheese over stuffing portion of each mushroom. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
