CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS XIII

24 large mushroom caps, stems removed and chopped
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 cup fresh crab
Juice of one lemon
3 tbsp dry Marsala
1/4 cup Italian flat leaf parsley
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan

Saute stems in butter, covered 3 minutes. Mix in remaining ingredients except cheese. Fill caps and top with cheese. Arrange in oiled dish. Cover with foil and bake at 400 about 8 minutes.
