CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS VIII

Category: Stuffed Mushrooms

1 cup crab meat
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp minced onion
1 1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp minced parsley
12 mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
1 egg, beaten
Louisiana hot sauce

Mix mushroom stems with first 6 ingredients. Add egg and hot sauce, to taste. Stuff mixture into caps and bake at 300 for 15-30 minutes. Serve hot.
