BACON AND CHEESE HASH BROWNS

Category: Hash Brown Potatoes/Casseroles

1 (32 oz) pkg frozen hash browns
1 green bell pepper and onion, chopped
1 can ream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
1 (7 oz) pkg Gouda cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Place frozen hash brown in the slow cooker. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Remove hash browns from slow cooker and mix in cooked bacon. Serves 4
