Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Category: Salad Dressing

1/2 cup olive oil (vegetable oil optional)
4 tbsp Raspberry vinegar (or regular vinegar and 1 Tbsp Raspberry Syrup)
4 tbsp Raspberry preserves

Mix dressing and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (it iss better cold). Toss together with salad and serve. Grind and sprinkle fresh pepper before you toss. Serves about 4 people
