TORTELLINI SHRIMP SALAD

1 (9 oz) pkg cheese-filled tortellini
1 (7 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 can sliced black olives
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 zucchini, sliced and halved
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
1/2 bunch watercress, chopped
5-6 oz spinach
Italian herb dressing
Grated parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. In a large bowl, gently toss ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
