PESTO TORTELLINI SALAD

1 (9 oz) pkg uncooked cheese-filled tortellini
1 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
1 cup grape or cherry tomato halves
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared basil pesto
1 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 cup pine nuts or chopped walnuts, toasted

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in a bowl and add the vegetables. Mix together the mayonnaise, pesto and garlic. Mix well. Add to the pasta bowl along with the nuts. Toss and chill. Serves 12
