FIESTA PIE

3 eggs,
3/4 cup milk
2 cups chicken flavored or cornbread stuffing mix
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 tomato, chopped
3 tbsp chopped green onions and green chilies
Salsa and sour cream, garnish

Beat eggs in a large bowl; stir in milk. Add remaining ingredients, except garnishes; mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until center is no longer wet. Remove from oven. Serve with garnishes.
