MARINATED CHICKEN AND PORK - Crock pot

3 lbs chicken pieces
1 lb lean boneless pork, cubed
1 cup dry red wine
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups beef broth
2 clove garlic, minced
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp salt

Place meats in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Allow to marinate in sauce about 2 hours or overnight. Transfer everything to a crock pot and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. Serves 6
