FINGER LICKIN STICKY CHICKEN LEGS

Seasoning mix
4 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper, onion powder, thyme and white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder and black pepper

5 lbs leg quarters, split
1-2 cups chopped sweet onions

Combine spice mix ingredients. If desired, remove some or all of the chicken skin and sprinkle with seasoning mix. Place into a baking dish and sprinkle with chopped onions. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for about 1 hour or until chicken is done and onions have caramelized.
