TOMATO PASTA SALAD

1/2 lb orecchiette or any other shape of medium pasta, cooked al dente
Salt and pepper
1 cup diced tomatoes, 1 inch pieces
3/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 English cucumber, cut into 1/2 inch dice
1/2 cup pitted olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1-2 tsp ground cumin
1-3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 - 1/2 cup Bistro-Style Tomato Salad Dressing, in dressing section

While past is cooking, combine remaining ingredients except dressing. When pasta is done, add to salad and with 1/4 cup dressing and mix again.

Taste the salad and adjust seasonings by adding additional cumin, lemon juice, salad dressing and salt and pepper, as needed. Serve immediately. Serves 4
