1 cup sugar
2 cups apples, peeled and diced
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Mix in order and pour into a greased 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
