APPLE BUTTERSCOTCH BUNDT CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box butterscotch-flavor instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup apple cider
1 tsp cinnamon (or, to taste)
Combine these ingredients into a large bowl and beat for 3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes (use the toothpick test for doneness). Allow to cool for a few minutes before reversing the cake onto its serving platter.
For frosting, choose vanilla or lemon flavors or sprinkle the top with confectioners sugar.
