1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1 cup peeled and diced apple
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup apple butter
4 eggs
Filling
1 cup chopped nuts
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Glaze
1 cup confectioners sugar
2-3 tbsp apple butter
Blend cake ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the filling and repeat the two layers. Cover with remaining batter. Bake at 325 for 50-55 minutes. Cool in pan. Invert to a serving plate. Spoon glaze over cake.
