AMERICANA LAYERED CAKE

1 (16 oz ) Angel food cake
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
Confectioners sugar, as needed
1 jar Red Raspberry Preserves and Wild Maine Blueberry Preserves
Raspberries and blueberries, as desired

Cut angel food cake into 3 layers. Mix 6 oz whipping cream and confectioners sugar together. Divide in half and add half to Wild Maine Blueberry Preserves and half to Red Raspberry Preserves and mix well. Place one layer of the cake on a cake platter and spread the raspberry mixture on top. Place another layer of cake on and layer that with the blueberry mixture. Add the final layer and top with whipped topping. Garnish with raspberries and blueberries.
