AMARETTO SURPRISE

1 cup chopped pecans
1 yellow cake mix without pudding in mix
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil and water
3/4 cup amaretto

Pour pecans in bottom of a greased and floured Bundt pan. Mix and pour remaining ingredients into cake pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix together 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Using a wooden spoon handle poke holes on top. Pour over cake and let cool for one hour.
