HONEY BEER BREAD

1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup orange juice and apple butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and allspice
1 cup beer
1 cup seedless raisins
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 325. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add next 3 ingredients. Mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with beer, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Add raisins and nuts which have been coated with flour. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.
