BEEF IN RED WINE GRAVY - Crock pot

1 1/2 lb beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 medium onions, cut up
2 beef bouillon cubes or 1/2 pkg onion soup mix
3 tbsp cornstarch
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups dry red wine
Hot cooked noodles

Place beef and onions in a crock pot. Add bouillon or soup mix. Sprinkle with cornstarch, salt and pepper. Pour wine over all. Cover and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours or on HIGH for 5-6 hours. Serve over cooked noodles. Serves 6
