BARBECUED BOSTON BUTT ROAST - Crock Pot - Easy

4 lb pork butt roast
1 onion, cut up
1/4 cup water
1 bottle barbecue sauce

Place roast in crock pot with water. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender. Saute onion and add with sauce to crock pot. Let cook for 1 hour on high.
