BALSAMIC PORK CHOPS

1 (6.2 oz) pkg fast cooking wild rice mix
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
6 (: inch thick) boneless pork chops
2 tbsp butter and olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

Cook rice according to package directions. Combine flour and spices. Dredge pork chops in mixture. Melt butter and oil in a large skillet; add garlic, and saute 1 minute. Add cops and cook 4 minutes on each or until golden. Remove chops and add broth and vinegar, stirring to loosen brown bits on bottom of skillet. Cook 6 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half. Add chops and cook 5 minutes or until done. Serve over rice. Serves 6
