WHITE CHOCOLATE TIRAMISU

24 ladyfingers
1 cup espresso
8 oz marscapone cheese
4 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white chocolate liqueur
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
In a baking dish soak ladyfingers in espresso. In a large bowl, combine cheese with yolks and whites. Mix sugar, liqueur and honey. Line bottom of an 9 inch square baking pan with 8 ladyfingers. Spread half the cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Repeat layers ending with ladyfingers. Sift cocoa powder evenly over top. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve. Serves 4
