Shelly's Recipe

*BROCCOLI CASSEROLE*

3 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 (8 oz) jar cheese spread
1/4 cup milk
4 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bacon bits

Preheat oven to 350. In a skillet, melt butter and add onions. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until softened, about 7 minutes. Stir in cheese spread and milk just until combined.

In a baking dish, combine broccoli and cheese mixture. Toss croutons with shredded cheese and bacon bits. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese topping is hot and bubbly. Serves 10
