BOURBON SPICED PORK TENDERLOINS

2 (1lb) pork tenderloins
1/4 cup bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, packed brown sugar and olive oil
2 Tbsp grated ginger
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
Arrange the tenderloins in a non metallic dish. Combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor. Process until blended. Pour over the tenderloins, turning to coat. Marinate, covered, in the fridge for 8 -10 hours.
Drain, reserving the marinade. Sear the tenderloins on all sides over hot coals; do not pierce the pork. Reduce the temp to medium. Grill for 20 minutes or until cooked through, basting with the reserved marinade frequently. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Serves 6.
