2 cups butter crunch ice cream
6 eggs
3 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
12 slices thick French bread

Sauce
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp Baileys Irish Cream

Melt ice cream. Add eggs and Irish cream; blend well. Dip bread into mixture, coating evenly. Place on a greased hot griddle and cook until golden brown.

Sauce: Melt butter and stir in confectioners sugar, remove from heat. Whisk in egg and Irish cream. Serve with chopped nuts, confectioners sugar and maple syrup. Serves 6
