CHEESY SHRIMP PASTA - Crock pot

1 (2 lb) block Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 (16 oz) carton half-and-half
1 (10 oz) can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
4 clove garlic, minced
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
Cooked pasta of choice

Place first 5 ingredients in crock pot and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Add shrimp and cook another hour on HIGH or until shrimp are pink. Serve over cooked pasta. Serves 4
