HERBED CORN ON THE COB
Category: Corn
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp butter, diced
4 medium ears fresh corn, husked
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a cooking bag. Add water and butter and squeeze bag gently to blend. Place corn in the bag in a single layer. Close bat with tie; make 6 slits in the top. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Grasp corners of bag; shake gently to move each end piece to center so middle ears are now on the outside. Microwave on high 5 minutes longer. Let stand 3 minutes. Slit bag down center and remove corn to a serving platter. Stir and spoon herbed sauce and pour over corn.
