PINEAPPLE SOY GLAZE

1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch

In a small microwaveable bowl combine all the ingredients; mix well. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until thickened. Makes about 1/2 cup

NOTE: Grill your favorite meat then brush with this glaze during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the cooked meat just before serving.
