ONION MARINADE

1 pkg onion gravy mix
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp water and red wine
1 lb sirloin steak

Combine ingredients. Pour over meat in a resealable bag. Marinade 15 minutes at room temperature, turning and mixing several times. Drain, reserving marinade. Grill 8-10 minutes per side. Brush with marinade while cooking on grill.
