NORTHWESTERN MARINADE AND MOP

1/2 cup bourbon or sherry
1/4 cup peanut oil, soy sauce and vegetable oil
3 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder
Black pepper

In a saucepan, combine ingredients over low heat; simmer. Use on beef and poultry. Pour over meat and/or vegetables in a resealable bag. Marinade at least 4 hours, turning and mixing several times. Drain, reserving marinade. Brush with marinade while cooking on grill. Refrigerate leftovers
