1/4 cup butter
1 onion and green bell pepper, chopped
1 (7.3 oz) jar mushrooms, drained
2 lb hamburger
1 (15.5 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (32 oz) jar pasta sauce
4 oz chopped ham
6 oz cooked and chopped chicken or turkey
1 (3 oz) pkg pepperoni
1/4 tsp dried red pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 oz shell and spiral pastas, cooked al dente
2 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
Grated parmesan cheese

While pasta is cooked, in a small skillet, melt butter sauté vegetables. Set aside. Brown meat and drain. Mix in tomato sauce and next 7 ingredients. Add vegetable saute to hamburger mixture.

Spread a little sauce over bottom of two 13x9 inch baking pans. In each pan, place a layer of pasta, mozzarella cheese and sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and another layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Cover pans and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Serves 20

NOTE: I freeze one before baking.

Good to freeze and reheat after baking.
